Shipping policy

Please note that order processing time and shipping times are separate. Orders can take up to 5-7 business days to process (longer for custom orders) and shipping is dependant on Royal Mail but tends to range between 2-3 days. 

All standard orders processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) using Royal Mail second class shipping. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped, please check your junk emails also for this. 

In the case of an increase of processing time due to either a large quantity or orders or a limitation on stock you will be contacted. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped with standard second class untracked shipping by Royal Mail, but there is the option at checkout to upgrade to Tracked 24 shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from myself to say it is on its way, (this can end up in your junk folder so please check this too!)  and is then untracked and out of my hands, unless tracked is requested and paid for.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact.craftedinchaos@gmail.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
