I currently ship out orders once a week due to my disabilities and the symptoms varying day to day in severity. All UK orders are shipped untracked with Royal Mail Second Class, which is usually 2-3 working days delivery timeframe, but can take up to a week at busier periods. International orders are shipped standard untracked shipping, which is usually 7 working days delivery timeframe, but also may be longer at busier periods. You will get an email when your order has shipped, this might be in your junk folder! If your order hasn't arrived after 15 days please do contact me so i can file this as lost and can send out a replacement.
